Cold Fronts and Steady Bites

The first speckled trout have been caught at the San Marcos de Apalachee State park.  Thanksgiving week is coming and the timing of trout up the river is the norm.  Look for bait schools to find the hot bite.  Shrimp will catch them but bouncing a paddletail and jig combination is my go to for both sand and speckled trout.
